A Mixed Experience

lacking communicationpoor coordination

The staff seemed lacking in communication. Aspects I emailed beforehand were ignored. I was told an intern replied, confirming things that weren't noted, a cause for confusion. A birthday surprise was also not properly coordinated with the breakfast staff.
